Quad leaders slam Pakistan without naming names, condemn use of ‘terrorism from behind the scenes’

The leaders of the Quad countries – the US, India, Australia and Japan – condemned the use of “behind the scenes terrorism” (terrorist proxies) in South Asia. After their first one-on-one meeting at the White House on Friday, the Quad leaders – US President Joe Biden, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga and their Australian counterpart Scott Morrison – said they would continue their diplomatic, economic and human rights policies towards Afghanistan. and deepen our counter-terrorism and humanitarian cooperation in South Asia.
